Driving

Driving is a privilege that, in the minds of most Americans, has evolved into a right. The facts speak for themselves; however, when age and health concerns inhibit someone's ability to handle a moving vehicle even at slow speeds, they need to hang up the car keys.  Many times, people don't realize how dangerous their driving has become.

Faced with taking this privilege and freedom away, families try to balance what's best for everyone while not hurting the elders they so dearly love and respect.  Assuring your loved one that there is a plan in place, and that someone will be there to transport them, can take the sting out of losing their driving privileges.  No one wants to be responsible for an accident that could have been prevented by being proactive.
